Then for testing I modified spell power potion to give 50, 100, 200, 250, 300, 500, 100 intensity and : Acually looking at gamefiles and scripts :īut this is not direct stat as with 0 sign intensity (start new game) you have 25% slowdown I need to know if I need to scrap all my Yrden glyphs for one thing.Įdit: Updated with more exact figures provided by Chotnik (thanks!).ġ. Please just a word of confirmation either way would be appreciated.
I'm more confused now.is it a bug or not? So.does the fact that this has been moved to Tech Support mean it's a bug? If it's working as intended then shouldn't it remain in the general discussion section? If it is intended to eliminate the 100% Yrden slowdown effect then I think it was an incredibly heavy handed way to go about it and eliminates one whole line in the signs tree.Īnyone else have thoughts on this? Specifically could we get a confirmation as to if this is working as intended?
This is why I'm confused as to if this is a bug or is intended. This effectively eliminates Yrden as anything to put points or glyphs into as one would have to have a 100% Yrden focused build to even reach a meager 20% increase in Yrden slowdown. So it looks like the entire Yrden scaling has been at least halved, not just a softcap put in place to stop 'freezing'.Įvery 25% of Yrden strength (skills or glyphs) = 1% actual Yrden slowdown
Completely removing all armor, weapons and talents it drops to 25% slowdown.
This is with all Yrden glyphs and talents coupled with some (not all) sign intensity boosts.Īfter the patch I noticed with the same gear & build my Yrden slowdown is now about 40%. The highest Yrden slowdown percentage I ever reached was about 80%. According to the 1.10 patch notes: Fixes issue whereby Yrden with elevated Sign intensity would cause foes to freeze.īefore the patch I was playing around with a Yrden focused build (Time Lord) so was curious how this would effect it.
